  The young man working in this ups store was rude to an asian man. He snapped at the man telling him to wait and put his package on the scale in a nasty manner while he was annoyingly taking items out of a box and tossing them all over the floor. Then a woman came up needing a document faxed and while the gentleman continued to wait the employee helped her first while completely disregarding he man who arrived before her. The employee was not kind, or helpful, or thoughtful, or professional and his attitude was appalling. I hope Kirk speaks with this young man and never allows him to be unsupervised. That boy needs to be taught the meaning of customer service. The young lady working there was kind and helpful.

  If I could give a ZERO star, I would. I have been a loyal customer of this store for 2 years, paying them for printing, Notary services and other tasks at least once a month. I tried to drop off an Amazon return today, in the original packaging from Amazon, and was told that the box had to be taped shut. I said, then please do so. She said it would cost me $1.00. I had no money along because this was a free return for a wrongly sent item. I asked that she please just waive the silly fee and she declined. Are you kidding me? So I left with my package and, because this store would not invest ONE PIECE OF TAPE into customer care, they have now forever lost that customer.

  Joe was very helpful despite being busy. He answered all of my questions I had. I needed to ship some car parts and he packaged them up nice. I received a good review from my customer regarding the packing so I figured I’d give credit where credit was due.
