- MBMary BellMar 6, 20261.0I was visting LA and had a flight to catch and stopped into the post office 3/1/2026, a little before 1pm. I just bought my son a pair of the new Jordans that were just released the same day. I immediately took the shoes out of the box and put them in the postal box and the employee at the desk, was a younger hispanic girl that assisted me. The shoes arrived today and someone at the post office stole the shoes and stuffed paper in the box to make it appear to have something in it. This is unbelievable, my mistake was allowing these thieves to know what I was sending, only to have them steal from me. Im sure this isn’t the first time this has been done and I expect a call from the Postmaster. We have filed an complaint as well. Beware of this place. They has some shady people working in here!

I’ve never left a positive review for USPS, but shoutout to this woman. Made what could have been a stressful situation relatively painless. Possibly my fastest trip to the post office on record.

- NPNancy PaleyFeb 12, 20261.0TERRIBLE!!!!!! Mail person supposedly delivered a package to a box in which a key should have been left in my mail box! IT WAS NOT after filing a claim to find the package i received no response. I had to follow up to have the issue escalated again NO RESPONSE. When called to follow up the case claimed the issue was resolved…??? I still do not have my package. Had to file a new claim against the delivery person to find out A if a key was left in someone else’s box or B if he/she didnt leave a key at all. NO FOLLOW UP NO CARE ON DELIVERY PEARSONS PART
