- HHHellenMar 31, 20261.0I opened a mailbox at this store a few years ago. There's always a line of people waiting to be served. No matter what time of the day. As a slap in the face, celebrating their inefficiency and slowness, they decided to charge people paying already for a mailbox an additional fee for each package received after the 10th in a month. So, basically, people that already drop them money to receive a service are being charged even more, whilst there's ALWAYS A LONG LINE of people shipping, returning packages and more...FOR FREE. This store's manager is pathetic.

First of all, last year the owner decided to charge an extra fee for any additional package received in a month after the 10th. No other UPS store does that. We already pay for a service, which is exactly that: receiving our packages. Imagine you buy a car, then the dealership asks you to pay an extra every time you start the car in your garage. The absurdity of parasites that need to charge an "imaginary" extra fee so they can leach out even more on their customers.
