Sometimes they close in the middle of the day. Their kiosk is always breaking down and staff does NOTHING to help you or fix it. Staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. The package shoot is broken has been broken for over a year so if you need to drop off a package you have to wait until they open this doors at 10am (or later because they run on their own schedule). - SCSteven CorlissSep 15, 20251.0Been here many times over the last few years and everyone who has ever "helped" me has made it abundantly clear that I'm an inconvenience to them as they ignore me, type on the computer, and talk to the other staff Went in this past week and no customers were in line and they told me to go to the kiosk saying, "we can't do that at the counter." They came to show me how on the kiosk to find that it was not possible on the kiosk like I previously mentioned and then magically they were all of a sudden able to do it at the counter Miserable staff. Have now started to go to the Playa location where actual humans work. Will never go back to this location (which is likely their goal anyways)
