I walked in she never said hello, but rather the first thing out of mouth is “ you ready?”. No hello, good morning, NOTHING!! I just can’t believe that usps has people with this sort of attitude in marina del Rey with this type of attitude. I will never go to this location again. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Sometimes they close in the middle of the day. Their kiosk is always breaking down and staff does NOTHING to help you or fix it. Staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. The package shoot is broken has been broken for over a year so if you need to drop off a package you have to wait until they open this doors at 10am (or later because they run on their own schedule).
