IT WAS NOT after filing a claim to find the package i received no response. I had to follow up to have the issue escalated again NO RESPONSE. When called to follow up the case claimed the issue was resolved…??? I still do not have my package. Had to file a new claim against the delivery person to find out A if a key was left in someone else’s box or B if he/she didnt leave a key at all. NO FOLLOW UP NO CARE ON DELIVERY PEARSONS PART
