  The employees are nice but super over tasked. Ive had to pick up items 3 times lately and everytime the employees are preoccupied doing something in the back. They need to hire more people to maintain their customer base.

  I had all the necessary information to pick up my package, yet the employee, Nicola, refused to assist me, insisting that I must have a door tag—despite my name and ID and tracking being sufficient for a basic search in the system. She showed no willingness to help and made no effort to look up my name. What made the experience even more frustrating was that while I was waiting in line, Nicola skipped over me to assist two other customers she appeared to know personally. She proceeded to chat with them casually, disregarding the order of the line and the other customers waiting. In contrast, another employee named Michel was much more professional and courteous. Unfortunately, my interaction with Nicola was disappointing and unacceptable for a company like FedEx. Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service reflect badly on the brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  I had a phone call from FedEx concerning my package, the woman on the phone was very nice. I arrived at this location right after (12/15/23 at 7pm). I don’t know why but the man working there was extremely rude and condescending towards me in front of other customers. Unprofessional and upsetting behavior.
