    I meant to write this a couple months ago but I see things haven't changed . Rude, short tempered, dismissive . Needs new management or retraining. The kid that works there is okay, friendly enough, no issues but the older guy (bleached ginger brown hair) is repeatedly rude with customers and has an attitude. Considering USPS is close by you'd think he would be more customer service oriented . I'm not returning here and chances are other people haven't either since this is not a one off occurrence. I mean seriously , your competitors (USPS etc.) are within the same neighborhood but you want to be rude to customers as if they don't have other options? Get a grip.

    Very rude staff. I believe the negative reviews. Back in my day people valued being polite, why chose to work in this field if you can't be courteous? I will be telling my book club and other communities about this. Especially if you are a senior like myself we do not need this stress at our age. It seems anybody can operate a UPS store if these are the types of people they choose to employ.

    Generally had positive experiences at this location the few times I'm in town. I was visiting for the holiday season and needed to return a package, since I was feeling sick I ran this errand with another person. We were informed the scanner wasn't working which I found weird but okay it happens, followed the instructions, dropped off two packages and left. Come today only one of the packages was processed as having been received by UPS so I called to check on the matter as I do not want to be held liable for a package I no longer have in my possession/ properly returned. When I called I spoke to two employees the first one was polite but he didn't work that day so he passed the phone to his coworker who insisted I come in with my label otherwise he would not look for the package despite me stating I was only in town for the holidays and that of the two packages were dropped off only one did not show up as received by UPS. The call then disconnected presumably when my phone alarm rang so I called again . I offered to give him the tracking number and recipient information etc so this matter could be cleared. If there were any additional doubts I also urged him to check the security cameras which should show both packages, to which he said they weren't working? He refused either resolutions I suggested , told me I should have time to come in today before 7pm (once again I'm only in town for the holidays so I do not have the flexibility in time to do so ), and insisted he could not resolve the issue unless I came in. Its common sense to not be alone with someone who has an aggressive nature and considering his aggressive tone during the call , I do not feel comfortable or safe as a woman coming in by myself to resolve a simple issue that should not require so much back and forth, I then asked if he was the manager as I would prefer to meet with the manager if I have to come back rather than with him and he said he was and that he was the one working yesterday. Astonishingly rude customer service and inconsiderate phone etiquette. I'm unsure if he actually is the manager as he claims but I would urge customers to consider if this is a location they need to frequent when this is the customer service provided.

    Always easy to work with. Their Amazon return portal allows you to scan and pack yourself. No need to wait in line. And the few times I have had to go to the counter, the staff has always been super friendly.
