Had a package delivered to my old address accidentally and they said they can’t contact the person who delivers the mail and ask them to retrieve the package. No one currently lives at my old address so I don’t understand why they can’t retrieve my package for me. Very frustrating that I have no answers and may not even be able to get my package or refund. Where are the supervisors? USPS is one of the worst places to deal with. I respect the workers because they work for a company that barely respects them but they aren’t helpful, sadly.
