- KPKarla PaolaNov 1, 20211.0I had bought a 20x20x20 box, it was a little too big and a lady working there rudely told me I was unable to exchange it since it was a 3rd party company but I bought the box there. No one told me it was a 3rd party box and was un exchangeable. I had also paid shipping for this box over $100 and listed that was fragile things in there. When the box was delivered, it was really bad dented from all sides.
