- RARebecca A.Feb 12, 20261.0I’ve called their direct number 10 times, no answer, so frustrating. Had a package delivered to my old address accidentally and they said they can’t contact the person who delivers the mail and ask them to retrieve the package. No one currently lives at my old address so I don’t understand why they can’t retrieve my package for me. Very frustrating that I have no answers and may not even be able to get my package or refund. Where are the supervisors? USPS is one of the worst places to deal with. I respect the workers because they work for a company that barely respects them but they aren’t helpful, sadly.

Went friday 9/5/25 to pick up an important package because amazon told me it was waiting to be picked up. Nancy told me its not there and I would have to wait until Monday. So I came back Saturday 9/6/25 asking again for my package because I needed it that day, there were multiple people in front of me picking up their packages with no issue but she still gave me the same run around telling me stuff about “oh the stockton usps is slow and the packages are always delayed, come back monday” rolled my eyes and went back to my car. I called usps and gave my tracking ID and it confirmed that it was sent to this specific location and was waiting to be picked up. Walked back in and nicely demanded she go look in the back and get me my package. She said “oh they just came they just came it should be here now” within the few minutes I was outside, my package finally showed up? Yeah right she’s so lazy and I never want to encounter her again.
