  Worst notary experience ever… my mom asked me something in Spanish and the lady stated she couldn’t notarize because she didn’t understands. A. She understands B. She’s an elderly so she needs help with vision and all. She did end up notarizing but super uncomfortable for my mom because she feared she couldn’t ask me anything. The customer service was the worst ever. Never going back to them.

  I went to this UPS Store to drop off two Amazon returns and had my young daughter with me. I realized the boxes needed a couple pieces of tape and asked the associate if they had any I could use. She pointed to the wall where they sell tape, and when I clarified, she said they only help tape boxes if it’s just one. I had one small box and one medium box, each with one item, and she still refused. I understand policies, but I’ve been helped before at this same location and other shipping spots like USPS regularly assist with simple things like this. It felt inflexible and unhelpful, especially when it would’ve taken 10 seconds and two pieces of tape (it was just the box opening that needed it). On a positive note, the other associate kindly let my daughter pick out a sticker, which was appreciated. I ended up going to the other UPS Store in town, where the staff was kind, understanding, and taped up the boxes without hesitation. I’ve used this location in the past for notary, printing, and mailing, but this left a bad impression. Small moments of kindness and customer service matter, especially when there are other options in town.
