I had so much trouble downloading my stuff to print this time. I left with one copy but nobody seemed able to help me. I have done it before, but for some reason it was not working. Frustrating as it's an hour round trip to make my copies. Update: I think I was just there at a busy time. I was there today again and everything went great!

He helped 10 amazon return customers rang up staples customers and answered the phone multiple times while helping customers,While staying calm and friendly the whole entire time! This was the best customer service I've seen in a very very long time!
