Only one guy on The floor, but I didn't catch his name there was a long line for Amazon returns customers i line then there was Another line for customers shopping inside staples, and he was answering calls too ! Then He still had a positive attitude and a smile on his face! This was very good customer service ! Respect to this man!

He helped 10 amazon return customers rang up staples customers and answered the phone multiple times while helping customers,While staying calm and friendly the whole entire time! This was the best customer service I've seen in a very very long time!
- SNsierra nicoleDec 10, 20251.0I’ve had two experiences at the printing department and they have been terrible the first time I picked up my wrapping paper and the worker was very rude and I felt like she was mad at me for having to do her own job. The second time two staff were standing around and I asked to pick up my order and the worker said she was on lunch and I had to wait 10 mins I said it’s a pick up that’s been paid for and she said well you have to wait. The workers made me feel unwelcome an and like I was inconvenience them by asking them to simply do their job they get paid for.
