It took over 10 minutes wait, and when I finally asked for help, the assistant manager did not even apologize for their system not working and wasting 10 minutes of my time when I'm in a rush. He helped me print it after all, but their broken system wasted 10 minutes of my time waiting for a code that finally arrived after 15 minutes of waiting when I already left the store... Not recommended at all, look for another place to print!

- PPPatrickSep 28, 20251.0The one star is for a FedEx policy, not the employees (they were very professional). I was surprised to see FedEx requires my ID to be scanned to ship a package. I don’t mind providing my name, address, phone number, credit card info to ship a package, but when they refuse to ship a package unless they can scan my ID, giving them access to my photo, height, weight, eye color, license number, donor and veteran status, etc, that is where I draw the line on privacy issues. I’m guessing they also sell this info, which wouldn’t be surprising. I refused, and shipped a package through their direct competitor down the street, no problem there. They reinforced the fact why I don’t use FedEx in the first place.

The absolutely unacceptable practice they don’t tell you about is that they charge nearly DOUBLE for the same print job if it’s emailed to them rather than uploaded through the FedEx portal. It’s price gouging, and a complete ripoff. They need to disclose it when emailing back and forth. Then they act like it’s your problem when you almost faint over the sticker shock. Not okay.
