Nothing like getting a notification saying item delivered and taking time out of your day to go get it only to open you po box to nothing but spam.

The service issues at this location are almost completely a result of understaffing and surges expected in a small mountain town with no residential delivery. So please be patient with the staff. Write the postmaster if you have issues. Just don’t make our postal workers fight a steeper uphill battle just to please YOU. Be nice :)

The employees are profoundly unhelpful, refusing to look for packages available for pickup or give you packages that are at the post office waiting. They can take days just to deliver to a PO box, and it can be nearly impossible to pick up packages that have house addresses. This post office should be AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! UPS, fedex, DHL, even CARRIER PIGEON IS BETTER!!!

His name is Eddie and he went far and beyond anything a regular post office employee would do to help me with a problem getting a very important general delivery package to my "hiking across the country grandson," Ezra. I am a teacher and Eddie deserves an A+.
