And this really nice mail carrier woman was so kind and said, Hey, let me help you mind you she was getting her mail ready to deliver (she was busy). She saw me trying to find the front door and I could not find it. Trust me, it's not easily noticeable. She actually took the time out, walked me straight into the Post Office which, by the way, was one of the easiest passport experiences I've ever had, and the guy working there was totally nice, not burnt out and completely helpful. I highly recommend this Post Office for anything. If I need postal service, I will drive from Simi Valley to Point Dume to avoid the Simi Valley Post Office at all costs. Thanks for making the morning easy

The postal clerk put it into a shoebox filled w/other registered letters to deal with later and forgot it. There was no apology from them -- just an excuse that it was holiday time and they were busy.
- TVThe VApr 20, 20171.0Been fighting mail fraud due to illegal mail forwarding for over 7 months. This post office repeatedly has claimed that there is no mail being forwarded and I repeatedly find that they have still not cancelled the fraudulent mail forwarding placed last November and again in February. I have personally visited this post office three times to deal with this issue. In addition I reported the problem to the postal inspector and consumer affairs. I was advised by consumer affairs that this post office acknowledged the fraud and would hold the mail at the post office for pickup. When my husband and I arrived to pick up the mail that Consumer Affairs stated they were holding the post master could not find the mail. I instructed him to "look again" and all he could locate were two packages. They still have not found the letters and to date we are still receiving our mail.
