    It is understandable to have reasonable fees or surcharges, but over 20 times the actual service? I needed 1 single-side, black and white print of an email. The cost for the copy was .25 cents. The email fee was $4.99!! Total cost to have 1 copy printed, $5.26. I'll gladly drive another 5-6 miles to Fresno to FDX where there is NO email fee. To TRY to justify this 30 second transaction as "expert labor" and "overhead" is insanity and greed, in my opinion. Especially when it can be done self-service. I could MAYBE understand if there is a IT maintenance fee for encryption, secure storage and/or deletion to a dedicated mailbox for this particular service. Nope. It's the same general email box they've shared in other reviews. Fool me once, shame on you....Never again! This really stands as a PSA and warning to others. My opinion/recommendations would be to SKIP this location. Do not waste your time, gas and money to come to this location for a simple service.

    I shipped out a package 10 mins before closing. When I walked in the owner just looked at me and looked away very cold like. Not long after another customer walks in and asks the owner if she had a bad day bc of how cold she appeared to be. A guy helped and was nice until he wasn’t. I mistakenly forgot to ask if they could tape my package and I wasn’t sure they’d catch it. I left and turned back around and it was 3 minutes after closing however they were still in the same spot when I arrived and I’m telling the guy I have a question and he keeps mouthing closed. The owner actually opened the door for me after some back and forth and allowed me to ask the question. When you’re in a smaller neighborhood like the ranchos you want to build rapport. I get it was minutes after closing but what if I left a personal belonging in there. That guy was just gonna keep mouthing and motions with his hands he wasn’t going to help. My mother avoids this store as she had a similar experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

    I understand this was my fault but I had 2 packages to return and one barcode so I needed it in one box. I asked one of the ladies how much and is it worth it to buy a box. She said it was $35 and it probably wasn’t worth my time. My other option was to wrap it with tape. So I said cool I’ll wrap it. Then this other lady who I assume to be a manager or the owner came in and took the tape and started wrapping it and she was like you probably should buy a box. I told her that you don’t have to wrap it and I can wrap it. I think she was trying to say that the tape would tear apart or be flimsy something like that which is not my problem. I don’t really think she could figure out a good reason to buy the box either but she was trying to wrap it and she kept showing me the box with like 2 pieces of tape on it so obviously it’s going to be flimsy. As long as it needs to get back to where it needs to go and safely I’m fine. The tape would have been more than enough even to the other lady and I was in no rush to tape it and make sure it was tight and safe to send off. So instead of me just proceeding I kinda reiterated what she was “trying” to say and she instantly said yes and I just said forget it I’ll buy a box. I think you get my point these are all sales tactics and please don’t be like me and feel pressured to buy anything. Like I said this is my fault and nothing against anyone at all. I also get that these things probably happen all the time I just thought I share my experience so everyone can be aware. $35 isn’t the end of the world but still I regret buying. Other than that the place is fine no problems.
