    First time I ever sent a package any where first of all!!! Useless employees I needed help I was told I couldn’t use a certain box ok and had to use a bag style. Then when I went to get one and thought was ready to send the next lady attending me said ok what are you doing I said sending my package back she said ok where are you sending this to I told her I had all the info with the return slip and says ok so what I told her do I just hand it to you as she said no you have to come back with it stuck I told her well can I just use some tape said no you have to buy it. All it was is the return slip 3 pieces of tape. I wouldn’t have minded if it was for her who cares attitude even after she asked if it was my first time sending something. Well let’s see how my phone arrives after i took the 3 little faces survey and the lady’s just tossed my phone to side carelessly!!!! If you aren’t happy with your job quit or find another department that doesn’t deal with people!!!

    I'm new to town and I don't understand how the US postal service works but Sherri helped me post a few parcels to California. She was a super helpful, friendly and patient lady with me. Happy with the service 😊

    Had a carrier put my package in the wrong mailbox. I called to recover my lost package and the manager tried to gaslight me by saying the carrier left my package at my doorstep. After reviewing my camera footage that is at my front door, there was no footage of the carrier placing my package at the door. The carrier then came to my house and told me he could retrieve my package by going door to door because the “neighborhood is cooperative” he stated. Give me a break, I told him whoever has the package is already using it don’t waste your time. Only good thing is that the store I purchased the item from was able to resend a new product at no extra cost to me for something that wasn’t even their fault. Do better Madera post office.

    Every single time a package is supposed to arrive on Sunday the driver puts cannot access driveway, that something is blocking it. Not true, its because the driver doesn’t want to drive to my end of town. Our mailbox isn’t even in our driveway, it’s on the road in a group of mailboxes. It then takes 2 extra days to get it… every single time.

    Tesoro Viejo resident. There have be numerous complaints, social media post, and rants about the numerous times they lose residents packages. My mail either is put in the wrong mailbox on the other side of the community or left on the wrong person doorstep or missing entirely after they mark the package delivered. I've called numerous times to get these issues resolved but the staff has little to no care about others belongings. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. This BS is getting out of hand and that place needs a major overhaul. This place cant do their simple job right.
