  I went here to get copies made. The woman making them couldn’t get it right. The first time she cut off the left hand side. The second time she cut the top of the page off. After that I gave up and left. How are you incapable of doing such a simple task!?

  Eng) This company is indeed fast with deliveries, I won't deny that, but they don't get a 10 from me because sometimes their drivers throw the packages around, or, like today, when I went to return some internet equipment, the treatment I received at the UPS store #5636 in Lynwood, CA, wasn't the best. I've dropped off many different things there before, but I didn't know I had to take them out of the bags I brought them in. The associate who helped me wasn't very friendly; she got annoyed because I didn't take the products out of the bag. I told her I didn't know and that it was easy enough to take them out, but she didn't want to do it, so I had to do it myself. In the end, she didn't explain anything to me and just gave me the receipts, and I didn't even get a thank you from her; on the contrary, I thanked her. Esp)Esta compañía si rapida en la entrega de envíos no lo niego , pero No obtienen un 10 de mi parte porque sus drivers hay veces que nos tiran los paquetes o como ahora fui a llevar unos aparatos de internet para devolverlos el trato que recibí no fue el mejor que se diga en la tienda de UPS # 5636 en Lynwood. CA. Yo he ido a dejar muchas veces diferentes cosas mas no sabía que había que sacar las de las bolsas en que uno las lleva bueno la Asociada que me atendió no fue tan amable que digamos se molestó porque no saqué los productos de la bolsa le dije que no sabía y que era tan fácil sacar las y bueno no lo quiso hacer y tuve que hacer lo yo. Al final ni me explicó nada y sólo me dio los recibos y ningún gracias recibí de ella al contrario yo le di las gracias.

  Don't take your amazon returns here, they charge 3.75 per label although your Amazon membership in big bold green letters show "FREE" UPS returns at this location..all 3 whittier ups locations happily accept your amazon returns for free and they even have their email posted on the register and business cards so that you can email label.. I called amazon and reported the doings of this franchise owner...waste of my time, time I cannot get back, and no I did not pay 3.75/label
