- MMMayraFeb 20, 20261.0Horrible! Rude African American clerk, with her “want to be nice” sarcastic attitude tone. I entered the office before 2:45pm but nobody was at the desk, after about a minute she came and was “helping” another customer in front of me find an envelope for her letter and I already didn’t like her tone 2 min went by and when it was my turn she said I didn’t have an appointment for my daughters passport and could not take me because it was past appointment times! It was 2:48pm!!! The manager was no help either! So rude and lazy people!!!! Mind you all my stuff and application was good to go. They’re just ridiculously lazy!
