- KMKelsey McNeeley5 days ago1.0Walked in with my passport application filled out and ready to mail. Said I needed an appointment. I asked how long the process would take, guy behind the counter said 10 minutes. Couldn't help same day with something that takes 10 minutes seems pretty ridiculous.
