- CJCody JanzenMar 21, 20261.0Im not 100% sure what Brandon's deal is, but hes down right rude to elderly people that aren't 100% sure how to work some things in a tech world. I asked for a pen *I brought my own but it wasnt working for the bubble mailer* I forgot a pen the last time I came in here. But I asked to borrow a pen, and he set it up in a way that I had to walk to get the pen instead of him handing it to me. The first time I had the misfortune of interacting with him, he was down right rude. Him coming out the back asking "can I help anyone with anything" and all I asked for was a pen. And he gave me a look and tone like I insulted his mother. If he is that miserable he should stay in the back. And not interact with the public if he is that bothered by people.

You should not tell us we don’t know what we are doing. We have already sent 3 others package’s to the UK. Learn your system!!!!!
