I’ve been shipping here for over 20 years, why I even used to work here, and she’s made it progressively worse every visit by trying so hard to not ship my packages, she’s sends me away for reasons she makes up!! The combo of boredom and spite must build up I guess. Just wait until noon and go the extra mile to Tehama.

- CDCreepy DollDec 14, 20181.0Horrible service. Worst I’ve seen in my entire life. My husband had a package show as “available for pickup” so I went to pick it up, Bertha would not even look for it. Also had a package that required a signature, my mother in law had surgery this week and I work so there has not always been someone here so I tried picking that up as well. She just took down the tracking numbers and said she’d call if she found them and that’s the last I heard from her.
