In particular, Jose is friendly and professional, and always goes out of his way to help me answer questions about different packages/services. Today, while I was searching for a pen, another customer advised me to ask Jose for help if needed. The realization that so many neighbors have had great experiences here inspired me to leave a review.

That said, the staff are always professional and polite once you’re up next. Parking is convenient, with both street options and a small lot directly in front, which makes quick errands easier. Overall, it’s a solid location for your mailing needs—organized, secure, and dependable, even if the pace could be a little faster on weekends.

This is happening too often, normal service has been outstanding for 35 years. Please correct
