  Recently, I needed to send some important documents to another city in California. UPS Store (0119) in Los Gatos has an outstanding employee, Dana. Moreover, I wish to acknowledge Dana for her outstanding service while, at the same time, being extremely polite, positive and professional. Thank you Dana for making my visit to UPS store (0119) such a pleasant experience!

  The people at this UPS store are the most grumpy and unhelpful people. if you want a helpful UPS store, go to the one on Santa Cruz avenue in Los Gatos. they will tape up a box for you. do whatever's necessary service with a smile. you show up to the one on Los Gatos boulevard and they'll charge you for a little piece of tape. they'll charge you for absolutely everything and they make you feel like your inconveniencing them. I hate going there, I do it as a last resort

  The best UPS store in town. Dana was very helpful. We come here for all our mailing, notary and packaging needs. Highly recommended.

  We had decided a few months ago to set up a trust before the end of the year. Our financial advisor referred a law firm that took our info and sent us a binder with duplicates of all the things to be notarized: power of attorney, wills, health care directives, declarations of intent, HIPAA authorization, and instructions on how to add property to the trust. The binder was huge, and the firm neglected to include a cover sheet with instructions on what to sign; nor did they call out with stickies any of the places for the notary to sign. We ended up getting the firm to send us the cover sheet digitally a few hours before our appointment at UPS Store 0119 off of Los Gatos Blvd to notarize all of the signatures in our trust. We read through the instructions and then arrived at our notary appointment time of 3:30pm on Thursday, 9/12/25. During the rush of people sending gifts and returning Amazon purchases. Caitlan Waterloo greeted us warmly, and we admitted that we had never done this before, and that we appreciated any guidance she could provide. Caitlan was calm and confident, and patiently guided us on how to mark the places to sign, where to sign, and the parts of the process. She also doublechecked the duplicates and flagged when there wasn’t a duplicate. She was so fast, smooth, and patient — It really made us feel at ease, despite the line of people that were assembling (including a few waiting to notarize). We were so grateful for Caitlan’s professional and warm approach; if we ever need to notarize something, we’d make an appointment at this UPS store again. Plus, See’s Candies is next door, which is a nice reward for accomplishing legal paperwork.
