  Staff is GREAT! TINY parking lot shared with motor other businesses (maybe 10 spaces total, including 1 handicapped spot). Best to avoid 3p-4p as the parking is further exasperated when the UPS truck is likely to arrive to unload/load afternoon deliveries. Safeway parking lot + underground parking is directly across the street and is always a good bet for parking though 😉 Makes for a great excuse to pick something up you need from the store anyway! There is also limited street parking nearby. Sometimes the line & wait can be a bit long. Othertimes is a quick in & out. 3p-4p seems to often he busier than usual. - Mailbox prices are rather steep. - Slight surcharge for USPS postage stamps, but can save an extra stop if you're nearby or there already. - UPS shipping prices are as expected. - can also do USPS shipping, but it (or standard UPSP mail) may go out the next day, when USPS arrives to pick it up. - Also has printing & blueprint services. - Notary services are limited to a notary being in staff, so is best to call first.

  I was very unhappy with the service we received there. When we went in, she insisted that each of the canisters that I was shipping needed to be shipped in separate boxes. She’s quoted me as she was doing each one and I assume that was my total cost with shipping a and packaging.. Of course when I was all done I spent $250 versus the $85. I thought I was gonna spend. Unfortunately, I was in a rush or I would’ve changed things or done something differently, but I was really disappointed. I definitely feel like I got scammed. I think I was spend a quarter of what I had spent. Had they been straight up with me and said that it could go on one package.

  I made a quick run to this UPS from the DMV for a last minute print, and had excellent service. They were having a software upgrade and could only bill customers from one desk, and Iona was kind enough to not charge me for my print in order to speed things up. Highly recommended!

  Very nice and helpful people here...but the parking situation is terrible. I wish you would more to a location that is moire accessible
