    This is the best shipping place in town. They always help me tape and wrap my items. USPS and UPS will charge you fees. Customer service is the best hands down!

    A female employee at this location lacks both computer and communication skills, wasting customer’s time. I needed to ship an item urgently with a paid return envelope, and it required me to have a fedex account, but I don’t know my account number. (Fedex doesn’t give you account number when you create an account. Even when you log into your account fedex website, you won’t find it. Account number is encrypted for security purposes). Last time I was at this location, another employee was able to help retrieve my account by searching with my phone number on their system. When I asked this female employee to do the same, she insisted that it was not possible and I had to call Fedex to get my account number. So I called, but the dept at Fedex that handled this matter was close for the day. So then I asked her if I create another account, would that work? She said no and that I had to come back tomorrow. I told her I would not be able to because I would be out of the country tomorrow and couldn’t be here physically to send it. But she could not understand what I meant and kept saying that the package would be sent out tomorrow anyway, regardless of when I send it (???). She clearly had problem understanding what I said. Fortunately another employee noticed the issue and came over to help me find my account number. It took him 5 seconds to retrieve it. Then I asked her to send the outgoing envelope with no signature required, but the return envelope with signature required. I have mailed packages like this many times, so I know it is possible. She again insisted that the system wouldn’t let her do that, and either both had to require signature, or both had to require No signature. I had to argue with her for a few more mins and then she finally agreed to try what I wanted, and guess what? The system worked just fine! The whole thing wasted 30 mins of my time, and the time of everyone who was in line behind me. Fedex needs to do better in training employees. Don’t hire computer blind and people with communication issues to be your front man/woman.

    Impressive staff and their teamwork!! I went inside to drop off one of my package in the last minute where the pickup truck was almost leaving. I had to get a passport size photo and send my package in less than 5 minutes. One of the members helped me with the photo and other one with printing the label. Despite they suggested me to go another location in Campbell where the pickup time was later in the day; the team members at this location made it possible by sending out my package right before the pickup guy left. Thanks a ton!! You guys did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be more happier about the service you provided to make a customer feel valued.
