I’m not the first person and nor going to be last one with reading a reviews hereWorst experience I ever had with this location USPS no parking, place too small, line is too far, as soon as you get inside Smells worse a weed the front desk smoke weed you shouldn’t let your employee be so unprofessional and unhappy and zero customer service because she doesn’t like her job or she is not on the good mood, and more worse they hire the most rudest person ever in front by the way one person only take in care of busy place, her name was Angela she is so aggressive with attitude! When i come to my turn with a Attitude asking me to not touch their tape and go buy one as tape my box myself then twice i ask her questions she was stopping me and said let me finish my work and she saw me i been their for one hour just to give them one box which was even labeled because I printed the paper myself and paid for my paper online she charge me 4 dollars to get the tape. Never come back here again. Worse customer service and all the 1 star reviews are the must true experienced myself!

Each visit here has been frustrating due to the same employee’s attitude. On my most recent trip, I taped my package at the back table before approaching the counter. The employee then told me that my tape wasn’t sufficient and I’d need to fix it or buy their tape, which I appreciated despite his rude tone. However, as I stood there expecting to quickly add a bit more tape while he processed the order, he just moved on to the next customer who had just walked in, when I told him I was just going to do it while he finding my order. He rudely said I couldn’t do any taping at the counter at all. I said where does it say that (because I was finally fed up with his constant BS.) And he said he can’t have anyone writing or taping on the counter. LMAO. I’ve never heard of that one at the post office… after it was his recommendation, and my box was already taped. Not like I went there purposely trying to make him irritated- as I know how he is. All of Westwood knows how he is.) It was unnecessary and rude, especially since I wasn’t holding up the line… I was the line haha. This kind of dismissive behavior has been a pattern here. It’s disappointing and unprofessional. Employee is a middle-aged black dude, medium built, average height and I think he’s bald but it was hard to tell with all that attitude. Describing him so there’s some sort of accountability and record. I hope public servants start actually trying to serve the public. This is just an embarrassment.

Was good at first. Then they started seeming like they were getting coerced by people with ties to JRIC fusion center to mess with my mail. Things have been delayed, lost, and sent to the wrong location. And then this lady and someone named Angelique keep making references to having tampered with my mail.

Service can be better, new staff always have their ear phones on and rush customers with a very rude attitude. I believe Larry is no longer there as he "no longer with USPS".
