- JBJoseph BeckerMar 21, 20265.0Great post office. Theres a gated entrance so if theres no guard you have to press the call button. A-Okay with me. A/C is pumping. Packaged are moving. Sometimes you have to wait, AND THATS ONLY BECAUSE YOUR FELLOW NEIGHBOR OR RIFF RAFF HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY NEED (BOX, PACKAGE, HOW TO SHIP, TAPE Etc.) Do you go to a grocery store and ask if you need food? Well are you hungry? It’s not the employees fault the USPS limits how many are on staff at a time.
- EEelisaMar 16, 20261.0dropped off ~100 packages and they haven’t been sent out for over a WEEK. had to go in person to pick them up today so they could be dropped off at another post office. have been having lots of delays on and off for the past several months, it will literally take days to get my things scanned in at all. will not be dropping packages off here ever again
- JBJeff BenderMar 6, 20262.0Terrible hours - they don't open until 10 AM. Today (6 March 2026) I went there at 2:30 PM and they were closed. Seriously. The customer service is okay/friendly in my experience but it's a crap shoot going there and wondering if they'll be open on a day that's not a holiday or if their computer system is functioning.

You have a employee who is scared of dogs area of stadium way he refuses to take the packages to the houses and apartments in the area. This is unacceptable the dogs are inside the house or outside with a barrier. I understand fear of dogs but I seen him physically shake because of his past. Please do something about this & this employee reported my dog to the city my dog is harmless he just barks that's it sometimes he doesn't do anything he'll just look at him.
