I visited this post office on April 8, 2026, around 4:30 PM to get a certificate of mailing. I initially mixed up the wording and said certified mail, but I immediately clarified I needed the white certificate of mailing form.
Instead of simply helping, the employee, Annette, responded with attitude and told me next time I should ask for the correct form.
What made this worse was when I asked for her name, she refused to give it and ignored me, and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. No employee should refuse to identify themselves when asked.
I was eventually helped by Emily Yang, who was professional, but the initial interaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This experience alone is enough for me not to return.

They don't work properly. Delivery is always delayed because of them. Irresponsible. They are very rude. It's really the worst service.

I'll give this place only 3 stars.
Despite the absolute insane amount of 1 stars that many people left, they're not wrong. About a week ago, I went to this postal office to send a simple package. It was small, and it costed around ten bucks.
There was only one person working at the office, and I had arrived there about 20 minutes after it opened at 10 in the morning. The line wasn't too long, maybe because of the early time I went there. Regardless, the office is extremely under-staffed. There shouldn't be only one lady taking all the orders.
Customer service was decent, the process of sending the box was fairly easy, only needed to write the name and address, then pay for shipping. The lady behind the counter was actually very nice, and after seeing the reviews before coming here I was expecting worse. The lady was kind enough to help me through the steps of preparing the package for delivery. The process only took about 15 minutes or less.
Regardless, the lady was very nice, but it's such a shame that she was the only one working. The office was very empty with little to no staff. The workers deserve better.
