- LKLexi Knox2 days ago1.0LADY THREW MY PACKAGE AND DAMAGED IT. Literally watched this happen just now at 2 pm with my own eyes. She had attitude for some reason. She threw the package so hard on the conveyor belt that it made a large noise. It was a delicate electronic. I’m sure it’s on surveillance footage.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this particular location did not reflect those standards. The staff appeared dismissive and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable environment for customers. I visited the branch to mail several Priority Express packages and asked an employee named “Manny” if I could use Priority Express tape. He stated that they did not have any available. When I politely asked if another employee might have some, he responded that they did not have any and added that he would not provide it even if they did. While waiting in line afterward, I noticed the same tape available at other service windows. I approached another employee, who kindly provided it without issue. After securing my package, I returned the tape to Manny. When I asked for his name in order to file a formal complaint about the interaction, he became visibly upset and walked away. Several minutes later, he returned with the manager. The manager listened to my concerns and apologized for my experience, which I appreciated. However, due to the interaction and the lack of professionalism displayed, I chose not to mail my packages at this location, as I no longer felt confident entrusting them there. I hope this feedback encourages a review of customer service standards at this branch to ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
