The clerk insisted that prepaid Priority Mail cannot have tracking and refused to check with a supervisor or explain alternatives. After leaving, I successfully purchased Priority Mail online, and a tracking number was generated immediately, proving the information I was given was incorrect. Because of this misinformation, I was forced to pay twice, and the in-store purchase was more expensive than the online option.
