- JFJarbas FilhoMar 25, 20261.0This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. USPS has effectively LOST — or worse, STOLEN — my package, and no one is giving me any answers. We are talking about an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB, not a cheap item. The tracking information is vague, there is no clear explanation of what happened, and every attempt to get a proper response has been ignored or treated with complete indifference. How can a company responsible for handling people’s property simply “lose” something this valuable and offer ZERO accountability? This is not just incompetence — this feels like negligence at best, or theft at worst. I trusted USPS with my shipment, and now I am left without my product and without any support. No updates, no resolution, no respect. If this situation is not resolved IMMEDIATELY, I will escalate this case through all possible legal channels and consumer protection agencies. This is unacceptable and will not be ignored. USPS, WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???

- PPPretty PsychedMar 3, 20261.0If I could give this location a zero I would. For the third time in less than 6 months they’ve lost insured mail due to me “in processing”. It seems to only happen when I have insured items. The odds of that are less than 1%. This hasn’t ever happened in a lifetime let alone repeatedly in months! They obviously have a compromised center and it’s so frustrating because they send you through so many hoops to resolve it. They are unhelpful, apathetic and obviously unscrupulous! Don’t use them and warn senders!
