When I greeted her and said, “Hi, I hope your day is going well,” she rolled her eyes and responded with an attitude. Her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that the prepaid QR code did not match the label she printed due to the weight and instructed me to call the company to request a new label. I suspected something was not correct, so I went to another location. There, they handled everything without any issues, and I was able to drop off my package in just two minutes. Unfortunately, the experience at the first location wasted about 40 minutes of my time due to the employee’s lack of professionalism and incorrect guidance.
