- RRRAYMar 24, 20261.0I'm writing this as I'm waiting for the lady to do the passports to get here I made an appointment online for 11:00 a.m. they told me come back because the lady is not here until 12:00 it's already 12:15 and the lady is not even here yet and they have big time attitude in this building is just unbelievable how this post office functions the lack of customer service is crazy if I could I would give this place zero star SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND FIRE EVERYONE IN THE FRONT OR REPLACE ALL THIS BAD ATTITUDE WORKS.

People need to be reminded of thanks to those customers that walk in you have a roof over your head and food on your table. There is more in a government job that just collecting a paycheck. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name; she was a dark skin young woman with braids. She remained professional and friendly while she was the only one working the front desk with a long line. Although their system was down and I wasn't able to send off my mail certified, at least this time I wasn't greeted with a rude attitude so that made the situation better lol.

A young lady whom could not help me with what I needed advised me to speak with Tanisha to see if she could resolve my issue. I have nothing but great things to say about Tanisha. I mean she was very patient with me although my issue took time she did not get frustrated and she did not give up. I just want to say thank you so much Tanisha and I look forward to visiting this post office again and again. This woman is a life-saver for sure thank you thank you thank you sweetheart God bless you. My issue was resolved!!
