- EKEunice Kye4 days ago1.0Very unprofessional service at this USPS location. We are a business and dropped off prepaid USPS packages with customer-provided labels. We simply asked for a scan/receipt for proof of drop-off because we have already lost 2 packages at this location before. The employee refused to accept the package, would not provide his name or badge number, and used foul language toward us. Even the supervisor was unhelpful and unprofessional. We are located near San Pedro and 14th Place, and this is the closest USPS for us, but we were told to drive to another location instead. Completely unacceptable customer service. If you need proof of drop-off or professional service, be very careful with this location.

They seem unhappy to be working there, extremely slow to attend the customers, can’t even hear the workers through the glass, and twice already that I have arrived 30 min before their closing time for their doors to be locked. It even states the same hours on the door that it says online, so they are closing up early without notice.
