- HPHenry PachecoMar 30, 20261.0This location is one of the worst in Los Angeles. They never have more than one person working when there are potentially 8 windows available. And the one person that’s available is often on their phones. USPS fees keep going up and service keeps going down. If I was the manager of this location, I’d be embarrassed.

The mailman did not sort the mail for everyone in the in my apartment complex so eventually the supervisor sorted the mail. I have no control over government agencies being understaffed. But I'm positive if my zip was different the service would be different.
