- TSTodd SwansonMar 12, 20262.0This is our local branch and they consistently deliver the wrong mail to our address despite our address being displayed directly on our mailbox. Sometimes just a few houses off (delivery person’s mistake), sometimes the entire street name is wrong (mail sorter mistake). They have also lost our mail several times and failed to deliver mail after a scheduled hold until I had to go ask for it days later. Packages are often left in the dirt planter instead of on concrete, mailbox flag left upright after pickups, the most lazy and disrespectful delivery person. Giving two stars instead of one because the staff in-store are usually nice.
