And of course when I submitted a missing package claim, they magically found my package 2 and 1/2 weeks later… What exactly did I pay you guys for? Don’t know what they’re doing.

- KCKatherine CarrilloMar 8, 20265.0Itvwas my first time going to Palms station walk in passport couldn't do it the first day because I didn't have all the documents, however the lady was so helpful by telling me exactly what I needed to bring back. I went back the second day as a walk-in passport and got helped out. Very professional, friendly employees. Will definitely come back. FYI: the walk-in passport hours are actually from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. Monday -Friday ( not sure if Saturday is included. ) walk towards the ends to the blue door and make line . Customer parking is available.

She treated my family and 4 other families that were there with an UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. I will be filing an official complaint ASAP. The only reason I held my tongue while I was there is because this lady was handling my sons passport app and I did not want her to purposefully alter it in any negative way that would delay the passport process. The woman's name was Alexa or Alexis.
