Literally it is the most hateful staff. I understand they must hate their jobs, but that's no excuse to treat people the way they do. It's gnarly. Every single time I've gone inside and had to stand there in the super long slow moving line-either myself or someone else in line has asked them why are they acting so angies, loll &/or accused them of being so foul and ugly. Literally evil. I'm not even over exaggerating honey. Someone always says something.. I've been there at least 20+ times and every single time someone leaves yelling at them. The manager in charge is the worst one of all. They are just following his lead, and boy is he leading by example, lol. It's insane. People will say let me talk to your supervisor, & this guy comes out every time talking crazy to the customer telling them to get out. Myself included one time. It's honestly a very entertaining experience bc now I don't argue since I know what time it is. The workers will do anything and everything to make your experience the most awkward & awful postal experience possible. They will go out of their way to be super condescending, rude & out right hateful. Its insane. I get it. It's LA, but I don't think they would even hire anyone if they smiled or were kind during the interviewing process. They would feel threatened by them. Thinking someone might try to steal their clearly mindless monotonous & super sad jobs. I would be grateful to get holidays off and benefits. Guaranteed job security. But clearly they just bank on that. It's wicked and wild. It's obvious that they feel super powerful talking to people the way they do. I think they must feel really small at home. Something is def off in a person's personal life to make them act that way. I couldn't imagine any normal adult that's happy that felt fulfilled and loved would or could go to work every single day Monday thru Friday & be so salty and mean to every single person that has the pleasure of coming across their line. And it's not even personal lol.. no matter male or female, black or white, someone that's respectful to them or combative.. 100% the same across the board. Every employee too. i'm not sure if maybe they would just feel super awkward being different than everyone else that works there. They might be good people.. it's just maybe they are afraid they will lose their jobs if they slip up and smile at someone or treat people with minimal human decency & respect? I def say go visit this location to have a good laugh & feel better about your life💚

This location does do passport appointments but make sure you bring your photo as their printer is not working. A very nice guy helped us through the process, it was very quick once we had our photo.

⛔️This location does NOT do passport acceptance ⛔️ You will be able to make an appointment online but in reality, this location does not do the passport service here. Make an appointment at the 7101 S Central USPS location or I recommend look for a library that does do passport application acceptance (i.e Beverly Hills Library you can make an appointment online).

Hey everyone, I've been coming to this post office for a while now, and the staff is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to meet my needs. Lydia is always so helpful and sends me out with a smile – she's a super cool clerk! If you haven't been to this USPS location, you're missing out on some awesome customer service. And to those coming here, please be nice and give these hard workers a break. Treat them how you'd want your family (Mom, Sister, Brother, Wife, or Husband) to be treated – with kindness and respect. #Payitforward in advance! I love this post office and all the hard-working, dedicated staff.
