  The team running this store are some of the nicest people, even when they are super busy they are patient and attentive and give everyone the time they need to make their transaction. I’ve been using this location for shipping packages for personal and business needs for years now and I always appreciate how helpful they are.

  This is not the place I would choose for mailing, printing, or anything remotely related unless the city has fallen to zombies and this store is the last building standing. Even then I would hesitate. Why? 1) First, they charge $2.50 to print a tiny shipping label. However if you have a QR code it is magically free. This important detail is not volunteered so you only discover it after you have already paid which feels less like customer service and more like a pop quiz you were set up to fail. 2) Second, on another visit around 5 PM the store was completely empty. No line. No chaos. My box was already taped shut and ready to go with a QR code specifically so I would not be charged for printing. I asked one simple thing if they could add about five inches of tape to a loose spot on the box. The answer was yes for $4. Four dollars for five inches of tape! For less than $3 I could buy an entire roll of tape and still have enough left to wrap a small car. I had a very similar experience at the UPS Store in Westwood which leads me to believe this is not a coincidence but a business model. If someone can prove me wrong I am open to it but until then I will continue to prepare my packages like I am entering a survival scenario.

  I needed to return from amazon here. I showed them the label and Kevin (or Calvin) said I need to send it to them and they would print it for $2.20. I said that's a lot to print one page black and white, so I asked if I could use the printer to print it myself and pay the normal $0.15-$0.20 cents that it costs to print. He said that I cannot do that and I need to pay $2.20. Also most UPS stores just go ahead and print the label for free. Thanks anyways.
