- KHKara Hart5 days ago5.0Gosh! This place! I never thought I’d be so grateful and psyched for a mail store but this UPS store on Larchmont has the BEST people working here! Everyone is so so lovely and nice and calm and helpful. And a huge bonus: you can call them and they will answer the phone (that just doesn’t happen anymore in 2026!) I just really can’t say more about how great this place is, and how great everyone who works here is.

I had received a package from a winery and unfortunately one of the bottles was broken. Clay jumped in right away and made the whole situation much easier to deal with. He carefully removed the unbroken bottles, bubble wrapped them, and repacked everything into a new box. He also secured the damaged packaging in a plastic bag so I could properly file a claim. Really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail — great customer service when it mattered.
