  They’re helpful and efficient. Parking is hard for this location but once we’re in the door the staff is very good.

  Ive gone to this ups store 3 different times for their notary service and each time there was a problem on their end (didn't have the notary equipment, have to come later). For their notary services they are not dependable, in my experience. Will be going to another place.

  The kind of place with friendly people who you'd miss if you moved away! If I could give 100 stars I would (and did you know they have a notary, too? ;)

  Horrible communication keeps saying your not clear while they don’t clarify anything for me 😂 DO NOT GO HERE A FEW MORE MINUTES OF YOUR DRIVE IS 100% PERCENT WORTH IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED

  Writing this review out of desperation. I use this store regularly and it's been totally fine up until now. However, now that I am not physically in LA I can't get a hold of anyone. I redirected my deliveries to this store while I am out of town. A package came earlier than expected, and so my five-day window to pick up the package from the store will have expired before I'm able to return to LA. I asked my boyfriend (who also lives with me) to get the package. He is a designated household resident on my UPS account and he brought his own mail showing he lives at the same address. They refused to give it to him, which I understand if it's policy. However, I attempted to call the store directly after he left and no one answered. I called twice more that day and the phone went to voicemail. It's been several days since I left a voicemail and no one has returned my call. I even emailed the address that they are giving under negative reviews here and no one has responded to me there either. I tried to pay for an extended hold on the UPS website and all it gives me is error messages. Holding a package for me for two more days does not seem like an unreasonable ask. I'm more than willing to pay them for the inconvenience but I can't even get anyone to speak to me. I'll be really bummed if this delivery gets returned to sender when 1) my boyfriend is able to walk over there within minutes and get it, or 2) they can simply answer the phone and let me know my options.
