Really a very simple change on yelp or Google to update the time when registers close and when the drivers “leave so you can’t drop anything off right now” would be brilliant but perhaps that’s too much initiative. The arbitrary closing time online - at least for the downtown branch by Ralph’s is just a soft suggestion. Plan accordingly.

Jessica was really accommodating of my last minute drop off and helped provide care with my package even though it was past their closing hours. Truly appreciate the customer service here!

Based on all the reviews, came as no surprise the people here are incompetent and rude. Acted like they knew what they are talking about when they don’t know what’s going on. Wouldn’t take back Amazon return. At first said they needed the original Amazon shipping sticker on the box cause they are required to tape over it, which made no sense since Amazon instructions said to make sure no other tracking information is on the box. When I showed them the sticker was on the outside plastic wrapper they came with another excuse and said they can’t mail the package in the box the item was shipped in because the plastic wrap was opened. Like what? Why are they trying to police how the item is packaged when Amazon has no issue with it? I think they just wanted to charge more money and make you buy their packaging. Went to another place and returned without any issues. The bald idiot giving the middle finger to costumer was also truly a class act As a side note, the sign says they closed at 7pm but they will close at 6:40

My experience with UPS has been extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a package that required a signature, so I specifically arranged my schedule to be home for the delivery. I even switched shifts with a coworker and ultimately had to call out of work, losing wages, just to make sure I would be available when the package arrived. According to UPS tracking, the driver claimed to have “attempted delivery” at 5:31 PM. This is simply false. I was home waiting the entire time, and I went down to my building’s front desk at 5:34 PM, just three minutes later, and there was absolutely no UPS driver there and no delivery notice left. No attempt was made. This means either the driver falsely marked the delivery as attempted or never actually came to the location at all. Afterward, I spent a large amount of time speaking with multiple customer service representatives trying to resolve the issue. I was told that my package would be delivered the following day by my local UPS facility. Now, after calling again to confirm, I’ve been told it will NOT be delivered today after all. So not only did the driver falsely report a delivery attempt, but UPS customer service also provided completely inaccurate information about the redelivery. I rearranged my life and missed work for this package, and UPS has shown zero accountability. If customers are required to be present for signature deliveries, then the very least UPS should do is provide accurate tracking and honest delivery attempts. Marking packages as “attempted” when no attempt was made is dishonest and wastes people’s time and money. This experience has been a complete failure in both driver accountability and customer service. UPS needs to do much better.
