- IIimbeesMar 13, 20261.0an associate at this store scammed my friend out of money, and when we called to ask about it they hung up on us. for anyone reading this, if you come into a UPS Store with a prepaid label—you are allowed to print it and use it, you do not have to buy an entire new label just to ship your item. there is no excuse for them refusing to use a perfectly good label that was created WITH UPS just so that they can make money off of you buying a new one.
