- MMMew Mew5 days ago1.0Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience. The staff are completely unprofessional and clearly lack basic customer service skills. Instead of helping customers, they use a threatening and controlling attitude to hide their lack of experience. I was a regular customer, using printing services and even had a mailbox there, but after this experience I will not return. The environment is uncomfortable, and there is a serious issue with how customers are treated. I strongly recommend that management review their hiring and training process, because this level of service is unacceptable for any business dealing with the public.
