  Need to ship something to Kansas (from LA) overnight with the intent that it gets there by the weekend sometime. Online the FedEX site said this is completely possible, but expensive, with FedEx Overnight. I agreed, paid $105, got the label emailed, and brought in the package to send out. Everything was fine in person and the team there was pretty calm and helpful, but the moment I leave I get an email saying it is going to get there on Monday now. I called them and they said it "missed the cut off point", even though no one said anything in person or flagged there was any kind of issue with the OVERNIGHT shipment. Asked if I could then change the shipment to go somewhere else, since the recipient will no longer be there on Monday, and they said they don't have the package anymore and I'll have to wait to do that until after it has shipped (which sounds insane to me and unlikely to work). Overall, terrible. First time using FedEX over UPS in ages and some great lessons at to why not to do that.

  I had huge equipment/boxes that I had to ship and Josh was super kind and helpful. He had to balance helping me while answering questions from multiple other customers that came up, and I felt that he did so with a lot of patience and friendliness!

  they were helpful when i came over. the plaza it’s in is a bit weird though. it had this weird design that’s kinda hard to move from one side to another, especially if you are carrying stuff. i also didn’t find parking (at least not accessible from the main street), so you are at the mercy of street parking).

  The manager Ruben is one of the most uninformed, or dishonest, it's hard to say, people I've ever encountered in the shipping business. He refused to accept a package with a prepaid label, making some excuse and trying to sell me product I had no use for. After calling FedEx Customer Service, I was informed that this was not true and that I should go to another location. After filing a formal complaint against this location, I went to another and dropped my package off in about 10 seconds with no questions or problems. I just wish I could be there when his boss walks in to handle this.
