I didn't see any signage for this service but basically you need to wait in the main post office line, then they'll send you upstairs to the passport area and have someone meet you. Everyone was friendly and professional. While I was waiting upstairs, multiple people checked in with me to make sure I was being assisted. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and very satisfied with the service I received.
