- TBTino BeansDec 20, 20251.0Terrible service and terrible communication. My mail was paused do to no fault of my own, packages being held and when I call it took me 10 times to get through. Then I was promised that they would bring my mail and packages 2 more times. They don’t have it at the office because they say it’s with the carrier but the carrier won’t deliver it. Makes no sense.

(that one worker with the horrible attitude) no this usps is bigger faster i only had one hiccup but it was bc i didn’t pay attention to what label was put on what …other than that i will ONLY be dealing with these people for now on

So thankful to them for helping me.
