Office wouldnt answer the phone the 500 times we called and now the package is being sent 3,000+ miles back to me where I have to pay for it to be shipped again through another company because I refuse to ship through USPS if this office delivers my friend’s mail again because I sent him a package from MAINE just for it to be denied delivery with no notice to me or his center as to what happened. Do better or at least train your delivery drivers on where to correctly give homeless shelters their packages before sending it back across the country.
