- OPOscar PerezNov 12, 20251.0I had important mail scheduled for delivery on according to my USPS Informed Delivery app, but it never arrived. The item was an important mail without a tracking number, so it’s extremely frustrating that there’s been no update or explanation.Mind you I had to get it resend twice and still the same issue I tried to get help but couldn’t reach anyone who could give me clear answers. It’s unacceptable that important mail can just disappear with no accountability or assistance. I’m very disappointed with the reliability and customer service at this location.
