Don't try to get a cashier's check or money order. Especially don't ask them about your packages because they don't know what happened to it or where it went

The item was an important mail without a tracking number, so it’s extremely frustrating that there’s been no update or explanation.Mind you I had to get it resend twice and still the same issue I tried to get help but couldn’t reach anyone who could give me clear answers. It’s unacceptable that important mail can just disappear with no accountability or assistance. I’m very disappointed with the reliability and customer service at this location.
