I already paid for shipping on my package, but the online intercept procedure demanded another $18. So I go to pick up my package, which they initially say isn't there, and that I was "too late" but after about 10 minutes, they find the package. And then they make me pay another $10 to intercept my package, even after showing them the receipt in my email. So at the end of it, I paid $7 for initial shipping, $18 for the online intercept, and another $10 at the post office. That's $35 for shipping a pair of gloves from another city in L.A. County, and they didn't even have to deliver it to my door. I picked it up myself! Ms Kim even followed me out to the parking lot to yell at me after I already paid everything and left with my package.
