- SPSheyla PinedaDec 17, 20251.0If I could give this location a 0 I would. Sonja is so rude and disrespectful. She acts like asking questions or helping someone with what is part of her job is such a bother to her. She’s condescending, but when she gets called out on her rudeness she gets combative. She comments on people’s appearance instead of answering questions that pertain to her job. There was nobody in that office so I don’t understand why helping someone out was such an inconvenience to her. I go there often and this isn’t an isolated experience, she is like that to anyone she sees she can bully. I will be contacting her supervisor Lorraine to file an official complaint.
